Service Description
Do you love short, intense sessions? Then the FitNest circuit is for you! We've created this circuit using a formula that combines efficiency and time savings to keep you in great shape. A varied, high-intensity circuit with 4 targeted blocks for a complete workout. After a 3-minute joint and muscle warm-up, let's tackle the FitNest circuit! - Block 1: Cardio. 5 minutes on the Technogym rower - Block 2: 10 minutes of explosive strength. Develop explosive strength with the stepper, Terracore, TRX, and Battle Rope. Block 3: Muscle strengthening. 12 minutes with kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells. Block 4: Bodyweight (Bodyweight) 10 minutes of bodyweight exercises. Finally, let's finish our session with 5 minutes of stretching.
