Service Description
Strength and Conditioning is a workout performed with weights or body weight. Similar to both a cardio and strength training session, it includes several programs and exercises that help improve movement quality and prevent injury. Strength and conditioning develops strength, endurance, mobility, coordination, stability, speed, agility, and athletic performance through the use of equipment such as weight benches, weights, TRX, rowing machines, Bosu machines, Battle ropes, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc. Anyone wishing to improve their movement or performance will greatly benefit from implementing a strength and conditioning training program, including: - Recreational sports and fitness enthusiasts - Patients rehabilitating after injuries - Young athletes - Sports professionals - Individuals wishing to improve their health or return to exercise - Older adults wishing to improve the quality of their movement
